Project Overview

We are delivering a digital transformation program for a leading public sector organization in Nigeria. The initiative involves building multiple enterprise management platforms to modernize critical operations, enhance efficiency, and strengthen compliance.

Role Overview

The UI/UX Designer will be responsible for shaping the user experience and interface design of multiple enterprise systems. You will collaborate closely with Business Analysts, developers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into intuitive, scalable, and accessible designs supported by a shared design system.

This role is most crucial during the first 2 months of discovery and design (on-site in Abuja), followed by hybrid work arrangements during build and refinement phases.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct user research and discovery sessions with BAs.
• Produce wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs in Figma.
• Build and maintain a shared design system (Shadcn + Tailwind).
• Collaborate with developers for smooth design-to-code implementation.
• Ensure UI/UX meets accessibility, usability, and responsiveness standards.
• Iterate based on stakeholder and sprint review feedback.
