Project Overview

We are delivering a digital transformation program for a leading public sector organization in Nigeria. The initiative involves building multiple enterprise management platforms to modernize critical operations, enhance efficiency, and strengthen compliance.

Role Overview

The Full Stack Tech Lead will combine leadership and hands-on development. You will guide a system team while coding across backend and frontend stacks. Candidates with prior fintech, accounting, audit, or healthtech experience will be prioritized to accelerate delivery in complex domains.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor backend and frontend developers.
• Develop backends with Node.js/NestJS or Python/FastAPI.
• Implement responsive UIs with Next.js, TypeScript, and TailwindCSS.
• Integrate domain workflows into system designs (finance, audit, healthcare).
• Enforce code quality and best practices.
• Collaborate with architects and BAs to ensure compliance and usability.

Candidate Profile

• Experience: 7–9+ years engineering; 2+ years leading teams.
