Project Overview

We are delivering a digital transformation program for a leading public sector organization in Nigeria. The initiative involves building multiple enterprise management platforms to modernize critical operations, enhance efficiency, and strengthen compliance.

Role Overview

The Project Manager will oversee the delivery of all project workstreams, ensuring milestones are achieved within schedule and scope. The role requires strong leadership, agile project management expertise, and excellent stakeholder engagement skills.

The PM will be expected to work on-site in Abuja during the first 2 months (discovery) and may transition to a hybrid model thereafter.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead overall project planning, tracking, and reporting.
• Ensure delivery of TOR-mandated reports (Inception, Draft, Final).
• Facilitate agile ceremonies and oversee multiple sprint teams.
• Maintain risk register, issue log, and escalation protocols.
• Liaise with client’s Steering Committee and ICT department.
• Provide weekly status reports and monthly Steering Committee updates.
• Support UAT, training, and change management initiatives.
