Project Overview

We are delivering a digital transformation program for a leading public sector organization in Nigeria. The initiative involves building multiple enterprise management platforms to modernize critical operations, enhance efficiency, and strengthen compliance.

Role Overview

The Business Analyst will act as the bridge between stakeholders and technical teams. You will work closely with client representatives to gather requirements, analyze workflows, and ensure business needs are effectively translated into user stories and functional specifications for developers and designers.

This role is particularly critical during the first 2 months of discovery (on-site in Abuja) and continues through delivery and user acceptance testing.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct stakeholder workshops and interviews to gather requirements.
• Document business needs in BRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Map “as-is” and “to-be” processes and workflows.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to ensure requirements are reflected in prototypes.
• Maintain requirement traceability throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support QA in validating requirements during testing and UAT.
